The YJ YuHu V2 Megaminx is a new to market Megaminx puzzle and is the first Megaminx in this price range to come pre-magnetised from the factory. The main features of this upgraded YuHu Megaminx are the medium-strength magnets and the outer debossed circle which helps to aid grip when turning at high speeds. Out of the box, the YJ YuHu V2 M is smooth and stable. A must try Megaminx for not only beginners, but speedsolvers too.

Warranty

We pride ourselves on our customer service here at KewbzUK. That's why we will cover any broken piece from the day of delivery up until 14-days after delivery. That includes internals, broken corner stalks, broken pieces and broken cores. Please Note: In the event a piece does break or your cube pops, we will cover the piece and not the whole cube.

Pops & Explosions

What to do if your cube pops

There are 2 types of 'pops' in cubing:

  • Pops - A single piece (or a few pieces) fall out of the cube.
  • Explosions - the whole cube falls apart and you're left with a pile of pieces.
In both instances you may be left feeling a little annoyed and confused on how to pop it back together. Please Note: This can happen to a brand new cube on your first solve. It's always a good idea to do some slow turns and check the tension of the cube before going sub-2seconds with 10000 TPS (turns per second).
If you're cube has exploded and you're left with a pile of pieces we have a full blog with rebuild videos for you to start/stop/pause/rewind as you so need. These can be accessed here.

If your cube has popped and a single piece or a few pieces have come out, just drop us an email from the contact form on the website and we will be more than happy to take a video and help you get your cube back together again.

For the price, this *Minx is insane good value!
I will be honest and say it needs some set-up OOTB so if you are afraid of taking your minx apart you will have to put up with a really annoying twang and ping every time you turn it.
But a little silicone lube (not water based of course) directly on the screws eliminates that annoying thing and a little lube on the pieces makes this minx as good "if not better" than any other minx out there.

Had an issue with the first puzzle I received so I contacted Kewbz customer support and they could not have been more helpful! I returned that item and they sent a new one out very quickly.

Out the box the turning was quite scratchy and not the most pleasant so I set up the puzzle with cubicle angstrom and a bit of dnm 37 and it performs fantastically! Very smooth turning, magnets are the perfect strength for me and the piece shapes allow for excellent grip. The only issue I have had is the springs are very noisy out the box so you do need to add a heavy silicone lube to get that to go away. Considering the price it is amazing value!

My megaminx before this was the MGC and this one is on a whole other level. I especially like the indentations in it
All in all it is a really good megaminx and for its price, one of the best of all time
