Warranty
We pride ourselves on our customer service here at KewbzUK. That's why we will cover any broken piece from the day of delivery up until 14-days after delivery. That includes internals, broken corner stalks, broken pieces and broken cores. Please Note: In the event a piece does break or your cube pops, we will cover the piece and not the whole cube.
What to do if your cube pops
There are 2 types of 'pops' in cubing:
- Pops - A single piece (or a few pieces) fall out of the cube.
- Explosions - the whole cube falls apart and you're left with a pile of pieces.
If you're cube has exploded and you're left with a pile of pieces we have a full blog with rebuild videos for you to start/stop/pause/rewind as you so need. These can be accessed here.
If your cube has popped and a single piece or a few pieces have come out, just drop us an email from the contact form on the website and we will be more than happy to take a video and help you get your cube back together again.

the cube is great out of the box but other than that its kinda it, setup isn't important nor is it needed for this cube, for me trying to set it up just ended up making it worse

Performance did a lot better than I would ever expected

I wanted to try a cube with Maglev as an upgrade to my MoYu Weilong GTS 3 M which I've been using since 2020. Bear in mind I was comparing that to my original Rubik's cube which I've still got from the 1980s!
While I was expecting an improvement, I wasn't prepared for just how easily & smoothly it turns. It's like it almost solves itself. Helped by KewbzUK's pre-lubing service (I went for silk because a previous reviewer had done the same), I'm just amazed how good a cube you can get for such little money.
I haven't delved into the adjustments yet as it's fine for me as it is so can't comment on that for now.

Great cube, got my first Sub 17 Ao5 with this a week after buying it. Got this after my DaYan Tengyun M started to annoy me with how much I kept catching on it, don't have any issues like that with this cube. The cube turns smooth (although I did get mine pre-lubed with silk), east to adjust the compression on the magnets, for the price this is an absolute steal, Highly recommend.
