Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping page.
Warranty
We pride ourselves on our customer service here at KewbzUK. That's why we will cover any broken piece from the day of delivery up until 14-days after delivery. That includes internals, broken corner stalks, broken pieces and broken cores. Please Note: In the event a piece does break or your cube pops, we will cover the piece and not the whole cube.
What to do if your cube pops
There are 2 types of 'pops' in cubing:
- Pops - A single piece (or a few pieces) fall out of the cube.
- Explosions - the whole cube falls apart and you're left with a pile of pieces.
If you're cube has exploded and you're left with a pile of pieces we have a full blog with rebuild videos for you to start/stop/pause/rewind as you so need. These can be accessed here.
If your cube has popped and a single piece or a few pieces have come out, just drop us an email from the contact form on the website and we will be more than happy to take a video and help you get your cube back together again.

This cube was wonderful out of the box, it was lubed extremely well but very fast which caused a few slip ups but otherwise fine. The magnification felt great and unboxing was also good

I was bought this cube as a gift and seriously thought it would have cost way more than they do! The cube, and even box it comes in ,feels premium. I have Dozens of flagship speed cubes and this is definitely ranking in the top three but is less than half the price of anything even close (possible with the exception of the Tornado V2 M, which is also very good value). Will surely be buying more cubes from this manufacturer.
Wow!! For a new company they have knocked it out of the ball park as the saying goes.. Good quality plastics, excellent corner cutting, innovative new features and a lovely clacky sound make this cube my new main. Especially for a cube that is a third of the cost of a similarly featured GAN cube!! Highly recommended! 👍
